DESIGN TEAM CALL OUT

The time has finally come! I am on the search for a Design Team. I am looking for 3 designers, one of which will be a Team Leader Designer. If you are interested in applying then keep reading....

Design Team Leader (required for a min of 2 years term)

* Be an Australian Resident
* Show good knowledge and skills in all areas of scrapbooking, cardmaking and off the page projects.
* Lead a team of designers
* Organise Events with the owner
* Arrange meetings and communicate with owner and team members via Email and facebook (a special closed group will be set up, and you will need a facebook account)
*Post twice monthly minimum on business' Blog. May on occasions be additional postings if a special event etc.
* Have a current and up to date blog (if you don't have one then you will need to be prepared to set one up)

Design Team (required for a min of 1 year term)

* Be an Australian Resident
* Show good knowledge and skills in all areas of scrapbooking, cardmaking and off the page projects.
* Open communication with team leader and owner
* Attend meetings as organised by Team leader and owner via Email and facebook (a special closed group will be set up, so you must have a facebook account)
*Post twice monthly minimum on business' Blog. May on occasions be additional postings if a special event etc.
* Have a current and up to date blog (if you don't have one then you will need to be prepared to set one up)

Provide a short letter of applictaion stating name, which position/s you wish to apply for, why you want to be on the team/team leader, your scrapbooking journey, your blog address and/or facebook page where your work can be viewed and any current design team positions you have.

Attach 3 projects that are new and original, any theme of your choice, no more than 300kb each of the following
*A Scrapbook page either 12x12 or A4
* A Card
* An Off the page project (use your imagination)

As a designer you will gain exposure on the business' Blog and facebook page, you will also recieve a extra discount to purchse products and also recieve bonus items for designing with.
