Hi everyone! Alanna here today to show you a card made using the bright and cheerful Hello Sunshine range from Bo Bunny. You can find the entire range here in Kerry's store.
Materials Used: Bo Bunny Hello Sunshine collection: paper pad, noteworthy, cut outs; Kaisercard (licorice); MCT stamp set: pain pain go away; thickers; Tim Holtz distress ink (tumbled glass).
I made a centre step card (for the 2nd time!) using a tutorial from SplitCoasterStamps. The first time I made one of these cards was for my design team application!! The tutorial, which you can find here, is really easy to follow. Make sure you have some time up your sleeve before you head on over there, I always lose an hour or two ;)
I thought the black cardstock was perfect to combine with the bright colours in the Hello Sunshine range. I can just see this sitting on someones shelf, brightening up their day :)
Thanks for looking, hopefully I've inspired you to create something bright and cheerful today! :)

August Challenge - Layout Sketch
Happy Monday everyone!! Sandra here and its my turn to set the challenge for August.
I've decided that the challenge will be a layout one.....as sometimes its hard to get inspired, I chose a simple layout that will work well for many different photo combinations.
Also your layout must include: a hidden journal tag and a bunting (which are very popular at the moment!!)
Challenge Layout Sketch:
Even though the layout is simple, it was a challenge for me not to add frills, flowers & bling (which I do to most of my projects) but I'm really happy with how this has turned out.
Here are a few guidelines to the challenge:
1. Entries - due Sunday 2nd September at midnight (Central Standard Time-Adelaide time).
2. Each person may enter one layout.
3. Entries are to be posted on the store facebook page (here) where Kerry or Alanna will add them to an album.
5. Prizes will be drawn by random selection and announced Tuesday 4th September on the blog.
6. Prizes are 2x $15 voucher to the online store.
If you have any trouble posting your entry onto the store facebook page, please leave us a comment or email Kerry.
Keep watching the blog, as the other DT members will be trying to inspire you with their examples! Please join in the fun this month. Good luck and remember entries close Sunday 2nd September!

Save the Date
Hi everyone! It's Alanna here today to share with you a layout I have made using the gorgeous Save the Date collection from Kaisercraft.
This collection is so versatile and (once I find the time) will be perfect for cards for both young and old, male and female.
I used some of the 12" papers as well as the sticker sheet, epoxy stickers and collectables. And a coordinating sheet (or two) of vanilla cardstock. I even did a little hand stitching using a coordinating thread colour.
Sorry there's no photograph in the layout just yet. When we (my siblings and I) were younger, Mum would make our birthday cakes each year. I was planning on scanning in a bunch of those photos and doing a collage of sorts for this layout, but since I'm in the midst of going through the old photo albums and putting them in acid free albums (which I have been doing for almost a year now), photos are all over the place! Sorry... but hopefully you can use your imagination!
Thanks for looking at my project today, and don't forget to stop by the online store to see these, and so many other, great products!

August Release - Save the Date
Hi, just popping in to show you 2 cards I made using Kaisercraft's Save the Date Collection. This is one of the new release collections for August and I'm loving it!! The papers are gorgeous and the little pinwheels are my favourite.
This collection reminds me of school holidays and summer!!
I can already imagine the party invitations and decorations that can be made using
Save the Date.
Save the Date also comes with matching collectables, ribbon and cute DYI pinwheels. So it is just so easy to coordinate your papers and embellishments.
This collection as well as many others are all available at http://www.kerryscraftycardsandcuts.com.au/store/
and also on FB at https://www.facebook.com/#!/Kerryscraftycardsandcuts
Hope you enjoy

KAISERCRAFT Sears & Sons collection-Tri fold album
I'm back! Kids are finally asleep(after a debate tonight!) and I have had time to finish off my little creation. I'm not sure why I decided to start this but after making the cards I thought it might be nice to give my dad something a little more than a card on father's day! I have made one of these before and loved the simplicity of it(you can check the other one out on my Facebook page) so decided to give it a go again with a gift for dad! Again I have had so much fun making this and looking at my scraps draw think that this may be a great way to use some of them up! So here is my little special card, come album for dad.
For the people who have not seen one of these before it is basically 2 tri fold cards joined together and a cover and back added to make it an album! Excuse the bad photos, it's obviously late :)
